Hi All,
I just recently created my WordPress blog (last night) and quite new at all this. I am choosing my selected Theme. Great fun. It seems to work fine. Now I'm installing a few of plugins, and a few others. I have activated them; however, none seem to appear on the blog. I have tried reloading, but again nothing. The widgets seems to work fine though. Any thought on why the plugins are not appearing? I don't think I have missed any steps.
Note that my WordPress version is 2.9.2.

Hi Michael,
The plugin was an Amazon Showcase. I finally figured out what I was doing wrong. After activating the plugin, I didn't go into the Settings to input the necessary information for it to pop up on the blog.
Another thing too I found out is that I have to logout and login of the admin/dashboard to view information. I guess I could empty the cache, but it would take just as long.
