Hi, I should be at
http://www.rachelclaire.net/growjoyful/wp-admin
but I get a 500 error whenever I try to go there.
Just signed up last night through bluehost, worked on .htaccess file on bluehost, could that be the problem? One was created one level up from the WP level. Is that what is keeping me out of admin?
How do I get back in,
Thanks,
Rachel

Hello Anyone Who Can Help;
I logged into my site http://www.beatlandscreditrepair.com yesterday and found that all of my data was gone? I called my hosting company and no I have not backed up my data. I realize this now as I have read several posts about this. Is there anyway that I can get my information back. My site has been up for 20 months and have never had this problem. So if you can help me out I would really appreciate it.

Hi, I'm just a new user here, but
1) you might want to enter your support request under its own heading
2) if your site is still up online, go to it through your browser, under "View" in the menubar, select view source, then copy and paste this source html (even if you don't understand html) into a clean word type file. If you can put each page of webpage onto its own word type page and save it under the web page title, you'll be doing sort of a save. Its just a bit of damage control, not a real fix. You might be able to get it back on line afterward, but I don't know wordpress for any exact instructions.
good luck

I called BlueHost and they trouble shooted it for me, with a possible recurrent problem with the code for perma-links. Anyway, for now, lets say its fixed, as I can get on again!
Thanks

I have tried 20 times to establish my WP site (so much for 5 min set up!!!!!!!!!)
I get through all steps ok including install and after i get my username and WP tem passord i click LOGIN and get error:
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.
I checked my fatcow account and have no CGI errors--- what gives??
