I'm trying to remove /blog/ from my permalinks which is something I had done easily before by going into the site settings in the network admin but for some reason it is no longer working.
When I hit update I get a 404. It's going to this page /wp-admin/network/site-settings.php?action=update-site and no changes are being saved.
Anyone know what could be causing this? Or have any alternative way of removing /blog/?

Can you change any other settings on that page?
And what version of WP are you on?

Latest version of wordpress.
I can't change any other settings. It happens when I hit save even if i haven't made any changes..

Okay, that's ... welll it's not GOOD. But it's better. That means it's not THAT specific change :)
However it means it's something else, like a plugin or your main site's theme :(

Just moved the site to a new server and now it works fine again. Thanks for your help anyways.
