    Hi,

    I have installed PMP and activated it on all sites.

    Th sub-site has PMPro Network Membership activated which has removed the “memberships” button from the menu (which I assume it’s supposed to do).

    The problem is that the main site’s membership levels do not appear to be listed with the content on the sub-site.

    I see the area on each post for selecting membership levels, but it does not display any membership levels to choose from (despite the fact that there are two membership levels in the main site).

  • Hey there,

    It sounds like you’re setup correctly, but please double check to make sure because network things can get complicated sometimes:

    On your Network Admin, Network Activate both Paid Memberships Pro and PMPro Network Subsite Helper.

    If your primary site was not your first site when you installed WordPress in general, you may need to change line 15 in your plugin file:
    define('PMPRO_NETWORK_MAIN_DB_PREFIX', 'wp');
    This also applies if you are using a different database table prefix for your WP install in general. If you’re unsure of the correct prefix, you can usually check your wp-config.php file.

    Hope that clears things up!

    Thanks,
    Jess

    OK, it seems to be working now. Its was athe database prefix.

    Thank you.

    For some reason if I network activate the “subsite helper” it doesn’t work and down the membership menu on the main site as well, so I’m using it with “subsite helper” individually activated.
