   I have just started working on my blog: thedramavent.com and I have no clue where to start really.

   I want things like a custom avatar to show up instead of the "mystery man."

   I want people to be able to log in(possibly not using the wordpress re-direct thing).

   I would like it to look more or less like the fmylife page.

   I would like for a more stuctured site much like these ones: http://theonestopthoughtshop.wordpress.com/
   http://www.serdardemir.net/

   I want it so other people can log in as not admins and post and comment on topics.

   Can anyone help!?

   Can anyone or does anyone know people that could possibly do this for me(obviously I would pay)

   Well,

   First of all you need another theme. Search google for FREE WORDPRESS THEMES or if you want to pay one search for PREMIUM WORDPRESS THEMES. Choose what you like and then come back.
