Needed: sign up widget for self-hosted newsletters

    HI all,
    I’ve found a lot of great widgets/plugins for email newsletter sign ups, but they all connect to services like mailchimp. I have a small business and will be starting with a weekly newsletter to a small group, but I’d like a box in the sidebar for users to enter their email to be sent to me so I can manually add them.

    Any suggestions for a simple widget that could do this? Otherwise I will just setup a simple contact form.
