Needed: A Newsletter plugin

Hello,

I need a newsletter plugin that allows me:

* send email to all registered users

* send email to all registered users

* a user can unsubscribe

* wysiwyg editor

Already tried about 8 plugins but no one of them is ok…

any help? 🙂
