Need WordPress Whiz Programmer

I need an extremely talented WordPress programmer to port over a blog that’s currently based on MoveableType into WordPress’s platform.

Please do NOT apply unless you are a top WordPress programmer and have ability to custom code advanced modules on short time frames.

You will need to replicate all of the features and design exactly as it appears on our current blog at http://www.ultrametabolism.com/blog This includes many standard features as part of typepad as well as several custom modules that we had written.

These features include:

– rate blog posts
– rate comments to blog posts
– threaded comments
– social bookmark integration
– display recent comments

In addition, I need several new features including;

– integrate direct Digg voting
– use AJAX to submit comments
– display most popular blogs on right nav bar based on blog rating per user votes
– give blog author ability to respond to comments and highlight those posts in a different color so they can be easily seen
– display most popular comment on right nav bar based on number of times each commenter comments
– integrated audio and video podcasts
– integrate YouTube video module in admin section where I can simply cut and paste code from videos I’ve uploaded on YouTube and have them automatically show up in section for each blog post

You need to be an extremely fast coder, know WordPress functionality in detail, be an expert PHP, MySQL, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, XML programmer and most importantly, be an extremely effective communicator and have the ability set and meet your own goals.

I am looking for a long-term partner who I can rely on this as my last programmer was great, but was overseas and was available only sporadically.

In your response, please describe in detail what your WordPress experience is, describe what custom plug-ins you’ve done, give links to examples on the web of WordPress blogs you’ve done and explain what your schedule is.

Above all this will be a VERY fun project as I’ll constantly be sending you new features to integrate that will put you on the leading edge of blog functionality.
