Need WordPress Help – $$ Job

I am looking for someone who can help me with my website. It was designed using wordpress with a custom theme. The designer is no longer available to help me and I am unable to figure out how to make changes. I have tried to do certain things but my time is limited and I am not that technologically advanced.
