If you’re only offering a low fee, do not be surprised if no one takes you up on your offer. If it’s urgent and beyond your ability, let market forces take over and be prepared to pay more.

Urgent and cheap don’t mix well 🙂 I am not associated with Callista or even purchased her services yet but she is very helpful and when I am ready she will be my choice when I need anything special done.
No graphics involve, just moving some php$ arround on a HTML file and removing 90% of the stuff currently active on the main page.
