   I'm looking for a voting script to vote once per DAY, based on IP and cookies, (preferably) or just IP.

   All of the ones I've found are single vote or unlimited vote or ratings system. I want users to be able to vote for a post every day.

   There you'll find the "wp-polls" plugin and its widget counterpart. It does all the things you mentioned plus it's ajax supported. Really nice and easy to use script.

   Thank you, but when I looked at that one it only allows the user to vote once (when logging by IP & cookies). I have one currently but it only allows the user to vote once. I need it to allow the user to vote once per Day.
