Need urgent help for Image navigation Facebook/Twitter buttons

For the photogallery section on my website (http://www.mxmindia.com/photo-gallery/?album=1&gallery=12), I need help on:
1. How to add Facebook and Twitter buttons for my readers to be able to share pictures. Also, email as it exists on my text interface
2. How do allow for my readers to move to the next/previous picture when they have zoomed in to a certain photograph. Thanks.
