Need to resolve Audio player plugin?

    Hello,

    Since my migration to WordPress 2.1, I can’t play my mp3 audio files; using Audio Player plugin. Nothing has changed about the audio/files location or attributes. In addition, I only deactivated this plugin temporarily to get WordPress updated to the newest version 2.1.

    I’ve been receiving marvelous support from the creator http://www.1pixelout.net/code/audio-player-wordpress-plugin/comment-page-150/#comments . The audio files are located over here http://yvondurelle.com/?p=37 ; this example has not been changed, created before the WP migration. From others, I’ve verified the files/folders path http://yvondurelle.com/wp-content/plugins/audio-player.php and set all attributes to 755… still no resolution. I’ve even tried 777 with no success.

    I’ve even deleted this plugin to start a new plugin installation. This is the last response by the creator:

    Robert: on all WordPress blogs I’ve seen (including mine), this: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: add_option()… because it is being called outside of the WordPress framework). I suppose you could restrict access to plugin files but as I said previously, I am no expert when it comes to Apache/Linux.

    Whe are at standpoint. Can you help?
