braintrackersI'm very new to WP. I'm looking for someone who is an expert on WP, that I could pay for helping me with from what should be simple things I need done on my WP domain.
I was able to install WP 2.7.1 on my server and it works. But from reading the help sections on WP.org it looks like you have to work with a lot of code to make changes. This is not as simple as the creators claim.
I'm not a programmer and it looks like that's what you have to be to work worth all the code.
I don't have a lot of money, but would be able to pay some for the help.
Following are some of the notes I would need done, so you have an idea of the work involved.

NOTES TO BE DONE:
1. Right now we have 2 "Home" pages. One is titled "Home" and the other is Titled "Welcome". I made my settings to display the front page as a static page (the welcome page text). I want the Home button to show what's on the Welcome page and only the Home button (not the welcome button) to show on the Navigation bar. NOTE: I do not want the welcome page to show up as a subpage under some other page.
2. I want to remove the wordpress blog title and link in the footer and add my copyright and page links instead. I know the template author link should remain and I don't have a problem with that. I want to be able to go in and change the text in the footer at anytime.
3. The subpage i created under the page “Peak Performance” does not show as a link under Peak Performance in the sidebar (or main button at top).
4. I am unable to change the default so that all the page names show up in the browser window after braintrackers.com/ _______
5. I am unable to change the sidebar widgets. It says i am not using any but there they are.
6. Need a SEO plugin so we can put custom meta tags on each page of the site.
7. How do I center just part of the text on a page without centering all the text?
