Where is a good place to find a coder who will do some plugin or custom coding work for me?
I am extremely fluent in CSS and HTML but my PHP knowledge is lacking and I have hit a wall.
I need to create a page like this:

Basically I want wall of featured image thumbnails pulled from a Custom Post Type that can be sorted by different categories. I know how to do the floating and CSS styling but I don't know how to query the Custom Post Type thumbnails by specific categories and so on.
