Need to move Blog but CPanel is inoperative

    I am changing host companies and have 2 sites with WordPress Blogs on them. My current host failed to renew his CPanel license so I am flying blind here and cannot access it to backup the SQL database.

    I will be using the exact same URL on the new server. I used Fantistico in the initial setup and can use it again or not.

    I can access my site via FTP.

    I read the instructions and it says I need to backup the blog AND the database but instructions say to use my CPanel.

    Suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
