I'm looking to hire (independent contractor) a competent WordPress developer to do a small, non-profit site.
The Good:
*Client interaction and development of a spec has already taken place.
*Client understands what scope creep is and understands there won't be any.
*No interaction with client required.
*No design work necessary, other than theming, layout, fonts - logo, etc... already done
*Site already exists so it's a migration - copy and paste content
Specifics:
*Migrate current site to WordPress
*Install phpBB and use the WordPress plugin to create single sign on and theming between the phpBB site and WordPress site
*Install and configure free classifieds section (using plugin)
*Add photo gallery (using plugin)
*Create some functionality based on group based permissions (certain users can post in classifieds, while general public can't, etc...)
*Migrate current "print and snail mail" PDF forms to standard web forms.
I have a complete Statement of Work (or spec) I can share with interested developers. No companies, please. I'm looking for a developer only. I will send you the SOW (spec) and refer you to the existing site.
After you understand what's to be done, please provide me with a quote as well as references to real, completed projects you have done that I can call on for a reference.
Work is to begin immediately. I can do the standard 50% down, 50% on completion. Project must be completed in 30 days.
