Need to delete wp.org account

    When I created my wordpress.org account I inadvertently made my username my primary work email. Ever since I’ve been getting spam in an otherwise pristine, spamless email inbox.

    If it were possible to change my username, that’d be fine (I already changed my display name), but it looks like that’s impossible. Can an admin delete my account instead? I’ll start a new one with a proper username.

    Due to limitations in the WordPress.org forum software you can neither delete your account nor change your username.

    In these situations we recommend you stop using your account and create another.
