   Hi, I need to delete a forum post (or edit it) as I have included sample code which has been heisted by a spammer.

   I just need to remove the code, or the whole post if editing is possible.

   Surprised that I can't just go in and edit the forum post myself but searching the forum it appears that this is not possible.

   after a certain amount of time you are no longer able to edit your posts on here.

   I've added the 'modlook' tag to this topic, which is how to flag a thread for attention. Only mods can edit a post once the edit timeout has taken place
