I'm having a very odd problem that has caused the rss feed generated by my blog to break down. I used Feedvalidator.org to find the source of the problem and found hidden spam embedded within the posts of my blog. These hidden links are not visible on the website, they are not in the comments, they do not show up in the post editor and the posts don't say that they've been edited by anyone besides me on the day I originally posted them.
I need advice on how to unhide this code so I can delete it (the best solution I can come up with right now) and how to prevent it in the future. For the time being it has crippled the rss feed of the website so people subscribed to the main blog are not receiving automatic updates.
