i need some serious help im new to wordpress and can not figure out nothing for the life of me ive been working on it for months now

1 my first problem is if i use a theme already made on the right hand side for blogrolls i cant edit it to say what i want i went to click n wigits and clicked on right hand side bar and blogroll isnt even listed at being active so i dont know how i can edit it

2 question i can not get my site listed in google i have 2 parts to my website im also using google webmaster tools.... the first part to my site is http://www.jaysonberger.com thats my main website then i created a folder within the root directory called magic-jack-feed-back so my wordpress blog is installed at http://jaysonberger.com/magic-jack-feed-back i have also added in the root directory a sitemap which includes my blogs web address and i have a robot.txt file and was told to refference my blogs address in there also ive tried everything ive even logged into my blog and clicked on privacy then made sure that there was a check mark where it says allow search engines to see blog or somthing like that so i made it visible so im lost i have ran out of ideas my google webmaster tool says my blog has been indexed in google but its not listed only thing i noticed is that for whatever reason googlebot has not acceses it the main part of my website can be found in google and it says it has been indexed and googlebot has accessed it but not my blog can someone help me

one person said this to me but i dont know how to do it or what hes talking about
The minus signs prevent Google indexing, because minus means "do not include" in Google. Change the file name to not include minus signs.
