Need Previous/Next in overlay window for Posts

I have a problem with the way images are opening in overlays. I have image galleries inserted from the image uploader on posts (appearing in the [gallery] shortcode). How can I make it so users can click previous/next to view all the images when the overlay is open??

All images open in an overlay, however, you cannot click through to browse the images large, without having to close the image and reopen the next. I would like the post galleries to open and preview just like the gallery page template does, allowing the previous/next functionality. http://demo.wpbakery.com/movement/#/http://demo.wpbakery.com/movement/category/gallery/

From what it seems, this is not a THEME question, but a Q for WordPress Gallery js or PrettyPhoto.
