Need pop-up image description plugin

Hi!
I’m looking for a way to make pop-up text boxes appear, when a certain image on my blog page is clicked.
For example I have three photos of different people on a page. When someone clicks one of them – a pop-up text-box should appear to the right, containing the same photo, a name, a telephone and some other details…
Is there a plugin, that may help me with that? Please help me find something =\
