Need Plugin to Upload and Organize Pictures

    Hi All
    I am designing a WP Blog for our homeowners association and seek an easy to operate plugin to upload photos, add caption, standardize picture size or not, and organize by rows or columns.

    I’m bewildered by all the options and thought that some expeienced WP blogger could recommend. Thanking you in advance!
