myopicjazzI just started using WP and am trying to find a plugin which displays a form and automatically adds part or all of the form contents to a list displayed on another page when it is filled out.
Example: John Smith fills out a form with his name and favorite actress. This information is immediately added to a database and displayed on the Favorite Actresses page.
Any help will be appreciated.
