Need: only posts with all tags to show up when searching multiple tags

Hello.

I how some one can help me.
I have now tried to install several search / tag plugins:

query-multiple-taxonomies
simple-taxonomies
sk-multi-tag
wp-custom-fields-search

But they all seem to work the same way, and that is not the way i would like it to work. 🙂

I would like to be able to pick some tags (ingredients)
Ex. flour, sugar, butter, milk

And the the search results must only be the posts with all the tags inclueded with the option to add more tags/ingredients after the search. Like salt, vanilla, yest

and then mores results / posts will show up.

Is this possible with WordPress?
