Need information about rel="nofollow" is Simple URLs

    Hi, i am a user of Simple URL Plugin. My website is built on Genesis Framework and also i used Yoast SEO plugin. I want to know some informations.

    1. As Simple URL’s create a link with a /go tab i already add Disallow: /go/
    in my robots.txt file. Please check : http://www.ismag.com/robots.txt

    2. I want Google not index my Affiliate links i.e the links i created with Simple URL plugin and also my links will open in a new tabs so i have to add rel=”nofollow” and target=”_blank” while putting links in my content like this ?

    Please let me know I am doing right or not.

    The links are being indexed in the content of your posts/pages.

    Thanks for the reply. Can you please tell me that can i add rel=”nofollow” in the links that i generated with Simple URL plugin ?

    After inserting the link switch the editor to the text tab and add the attribute to the link.
