   Not sure if this is where I should be asking this, but I'm trying anyway.
   I want to start a website, that will allow users to create accounts (ie, register and login). I'm not sure how to go about this. I know basic html, but don't think that's going to help me. Also, I want to know how I can keep track of these users, monitoring for fraudulent activity and such. I've built basic websites before, but this is a little too advanced for my current knowledge. If anyone can tell me what I need to do this, please do!
