Im running 2.3.1 on a Windows 2003 Server with (obviously) PHP and all seems to work just fine (including Permalinks). The Issue Im having on all my blogs is when I try to edit a theme file such as a stylesheet, it says that it saves it when I click on "Update File" but it really doesnt save the changes. I have looked at permissions and dont think that is it...but I may be wrong. Has anyone else experianced this issue?

No, but an "internet guru" should know better than using the useless online editor... it doesn't have UNDO button :)
We just edit the template files in the old fashioned way: on the conmputer an uploading the edited file via FTP.

Any resolution to this besides using another editor? I am also running IIS and I am having this problem. I think it has something to do with access permissions. I know through the htaccess file in Apache this works well. In IIS this is more of a pain.
I know I can update these outside of the program but it is a nice feature that I would like to use.
