I run a political website
I need a plugin that requires users who want to interact to register.
So anyone who comments, or takes part in a survey or poll etc, would need to register first.
I also need a plugin that limits responses to certain pages (polls, Surveys etc).
So if someone takes a poll or a survey he may not go back and take it again.
