Need Help with Sidebar on Prosumer 1.9.1 Theme

    I’m using a self-hosted blog by WordPress and I’m having trouble with using my current theme, plus other themes. My current theme is Prosumer 1.9.1.

    I don’t know how to edit the side bars. It automatically comes with About, Bloggroll and Meta on the right side and when I go under Appearance; widgets in my Dashboard it shows Available and Inactive Widgets. Towards the right of this page it shows Sidebar Left and Sidebar Right. When I click the down arrow in both boxes they are empty. I would think the right one would have the About, Bloggroll and Meta there

    So my question is why not? How can I edit/remove About, Blogroll and Meta on the right side of this them? How can I edit/remove want’s already in the left side?
