Need Help With Proper Format For Whitelisting IP's

    Cloudflare has a list of IP addresses that it operates on (https://www.cloudflare.com/ips). I would like to whitelist these within my Wordfence settings. However they have them listed in a different format than the example shown in Wordfence.

    Would something like this:

    199.27.128.0/21

    Need to be changed to this instead?

    199.27.128.[0-21]

    Also I am unclear on the proper format for the IPv6 addresses listed, which are in a different format, such as this:

    2400:cb00::/32
