I'm slowly but surely creating a wordpress site from scratch.

    I worked on it last about a week ago and everything looked fine. Today I pull it up and it is loading weird! But apparently I can't put a picture here! I have it set up to show two posts per page (as I was deciding and "next page" "previous page" links). I had it set to have a dashed border around the "post" class to seperate each post. Now instead of showing them around each post they are showing at the top of the page.

    Also I had added empty lines between the "title" line and the "body" of the post...this shows on the first post..but not on the second. This is all stuff that changed but I don't remember changing!

    I have described it as on my main "index" page...but the border doesn't show up right around the "single" page or any other page for that matter. I have attached my "index.php". If there is something else I can post to help explain please let me know! Any help is greatly appreciated! I'm to the point of tears because I was soooo close and I have no clue what I did!!

    [code moderated - remember to use the pastebin for any code over 10 lines]

    Hi.
    Could you please share a link to your site? It would be easier to help you that way.
    Thanks!

    But apparently I can't put a picture here!

    There are image share websites where you can upload an image and just paste a link here, you cannot embed in the forum but you can link!

    Post the style.css to http://pastebin.com

    The structure looks fine to me, I stripped it down by div, could it be the twitter iframe?

    General Observation!
    Twitter code can be much lighter and you might want to wrap the social media in a div.

    Example:
    For the twitter try:

    <?php /* Change 'twittername' for your twitter name */ ?>
    <?php $twitter = 'twittername'; ?>

    stylesheet.css

    .social-share {
    	float: left;
    	display: block;
    	position: relative;
    	overflow: hidden;
     	max-width: 110px;
     	z-index: 99;
     	padding: 7px 0 7px 10px;
     	text-align: center;
    }

    Used in the sidebar widget here get all the code from here and look in /widgets/social-widget.php, other social code for google, facebook and linkedin, scripts loaded in wp-footer hook see functions.php

    EDITED:
    Sorry it was facebook!

    <?php $url=(!empty($_SERVER['HTTPS'])) ? "https://".$_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'].$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] : "http://".$_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'].$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']; ?>
