Need help with editing Mandigo background (3 posts)

Hi there. I just switched over my blog from wordpress.com to wordpress.org, and I downloaded the Mandigo theme to use.

However, I'm a bit on the computer-illiterate side, and I want to edit the CSS to where I can have a background image sitting in the bottom left corner (attached). Can anyone tell me where to find the code to add this, and what exactly I need to do to achieve this?

And for clarification, here is a simple rough draft of the idea I have in mind (ignore the one-minute background erasing.. it was done just for an example):

    Thanks, all!

Never mind, I figured it out on my own. Thank you anyhow! :)

Actually, I take that back. Now I want to add a gradient as my actual background, but I'd also like this image still fixed to the bottom left of the screen:

I can't figure out where to edit the code to basically fix the image to the bottom left without making it the background.
