   Hi! I am new here and new to WordPress! I am creating a website that I am doing for my client Insured Life of Georgia . And I am using the RocketTheme TerranTribute theme.

   I have trouble changing the fonts in the menu section of both "Articles and Research" and "Compare Quotes Online". I want the links for both of these sections to have some of the words capitalized and bold, while the last word(s) have a bold and italic styles to them.

   I want to know who can help me out with this and I would greatly appreciate this as well. Thanks!

   RocketTheme has free support for premium WordPress themes like you have and I would suggest that you contact them first about this. At first scan, you've opted for the blue style of that theme. I would create a child theme of TerranTribute and make the style changes there so that your revisions won't be overwritten when theme is upgraded.
