Need help while Sharing into FB :: does not appear descriptions

    Does not appear thumbnail and description when I Share the individual posts/pages in Facebook?

    When I share the post into fb it only appears the website address but still hyper link is working as prescribed destination.

    Where did I missed? Can you advice me please?
