Need Help – User Profiles html tags " NEEDED "

I installed few plugins but need some editing like in the user profiles, there isn’t any html tags etc there it isn’t working..

I need to know how to do

“Make user area accept html tags”

“When user name is clicked it opens only shortform of articles posted and not full length”
