Yes, I'm sure you can change it in your database. (There may even be an easier way, but I don't know it.)
I have Cpanel, and so I will describe how I would do it. If you don't have Cpanel, it may be different for you.
>> Log into Cpanel
>> MySQL® Databases
>> (at the very bottom of the page click) phpMyAdmin
>> (on the left of your page click) Your-Database-Name
>> (on the left click) wp_options
>> (in the middle section of the page click) Browse tab (1st tab for me)
>> (down in the middle of the page, click the little pencil to edit the section for) siteurl
>> edit that url and save
Going to your homepage, it seems that the site is new and doesn't really have any content. If you can't easily change the database, then you could just delete what you have and start again.
(By the way, if it's true that the site is new, then this really isn't an "urgent" situation. ... It's hard enough to get help around here for lots of problems ... so I'm just saying ...)
