Need help turning html to php will pay

I’ve created a very simple layout but it’s in HTML. I need someone, in the next few hours preferably, to turn the layout into something usable for wordpress… WP just really confuses me and I dont have the time to learn it so if someone could turn http://www.misscinnamon.com/images into a workable wp layout, i’d pay!
