   I have a domain that i wish to transfer wordpress on, the domain is: http://www.alex-mcintosh.com/blog

   That is where i want the blog to be, not blogwurld.wordpress.com, how do i do that?

   I have installed the files already on the server, what do i do next?

   It doesn't seem you have WordPress installed on your host so please review Installing WordPress to get that accomplished.

   Once WordPress is installed on your host, then visit your wordpress.COM blog and Export your blog. Then login to your new blog and do Manage->Import->WordPress to import that WXR file you created at your wordpress.COM blog.
