Need help to change word press password

Hi, I am new to wordpress and Im not great getting around the back end of my site.For two days in a row, I wake up to my site being tampered with..Logo all messed up, coding exposed on the front page of site, etc. My hosting company said to change word press password..Can someone please help me? Thanks
