Need help to add a sidebar and position it

    Howdy folks!
    Just wondering if any of y’all could help me out…

    I am using the Suffusion theme.

    I need to add a sidebar on the left hand margin which I believe I have done – where it says ‘What is Flac?’
    Now I added this sidebar, and it appeared in the middle of the page making the page massive. I really wanted to have it underneath the first left hand sidebar where it says ‘Shopping Cart’
    But I cannot seem to find where in the code this sidebar is to change the position.

    Also, this sidebar, I would like it to be a page, similar to the tabs at the top. Can this sidebar be like that or is it just some info on the side?
    I am a novice at this sort of thing, my brains are slightly scrambled with this sort of thing./
    Any help or advice and I would be eternally grateful.
    If you need more info ..please say and I can post code.

    Ok, you’re gonna have to break it down a bit because I don’t know if anyone is going to understand what you want. So take it one request at a time and prehaps there is hope … er … help.
