zapataMy multi authored blog is now attracting some featured writers to write on the blog. For these featured authors (10% of the total authors of the blog) I have put them in the sidebar with their image and a link on the image that goes to the authors' posts as under:

etc...
This list is hardcoded and features only those featured authors from the pool of all my authors of the blog.
PROBLEM:
The list needs to be made dynamic so that the list in the order of authors posting quite recently and goes down to the authors who haven't posted in a long time (order by latest post date? - not a programmer so guessing)
Could the gurus here please advise solution to this problem? Would highly appreciate this.
