Use FTP or your hosting file manager and rename the wp-content/plugins/mingle-forum folder to something like wp-content/plugins/mingle-forum-old. Then visit the plugins page in your dashboard, and you’ll get a message that Mingle Forum was deactivated.

Delete the plugin completely, and re-upload after that.

Does this fix this problem, also showing with wpf.class.php

Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/mingle-forum/wpf.class.php on line 4229 and defined in /home/medicar/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 992
