Need help restoring website after hack (1 post)

So, apparently my blog got hacked and I spent the entire day today trying to restore it myself. I didn't really get anywhere with this.

I downloaded all the files, backed up the database, deleted all the files on the server and reinstalled everything. Now, I have two main problems:

    1. I don't know if the database was affected by the hack. I cleaned up all the .php files, but when I look at the database file, I can't tell whether there are any lines in there that don't belong.
I have no idea how to go about this.

    2. When I try to restore the database in phpMyAdmin, I get this error:
    "#1062 - Duplicate entry '138' for key 1"
I followed this guide here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Restoring_Your_Database_From_Backup

When I reuploaded all the public_html files, after cleaning up the .php files, the blog couldn't be accessed anymore.
I'm pretty much at my wit's end and still don't have my blog back. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
