Need Help Putting it all Together

I have a 6 year website that includes a successful Paying Subscription Forum that is PHPBB, but it’s time for a change and want the whole WordPress Style.

So…I first want to somehow import all of my 6 years worth of
PHPBB Forum data into a BBPress Forum.

I also want to build the main page of my site using the WordPress style
like Arthemia Premium.

I want to incorporate Videopress also and have Videos, that are only available to Paid Subscription Members.

I want paying each Subscription paying Member to also have the ability to upload pictures to their own Gallery, that all can see including Non-Members.

Upon Subscription Payment using PayPal unless something else is better, all User/Password access should be tied in with Forum registration for immediate access by email confirmation or something like that.

I’m looking for someone that want’s to help me build this and would love to add this kind of combopress site to his or her Portfolio.
