Need help installing/loading content

    There used to be a cadre of wordpress savvy folks who would help you install wordpress and load content. Does this still exist? (A techie at my server is installing the latest version of WP. What I will need help with is loading content.)

    Loading content is pretty straight forward.

    Log in and click new post or new page.

    Add content and then publish.

    Whoever is installing wordpress should be able to help.
