   I have ZERO knowledge in php and html but I have done some reading, guess it just doesn't cut it..
   Anyway, I have the html and style.css sheet done (by others..) and I now need to make this theme work on WP.
   I downloaded WebMatrix in and installed a local host so I can try things safely but I have no idea how to make this theme work on WP, I read some blogs on how to make themes from scratch by they all talk about blogs, and my site will be a business site.
   Can anyone help or add information pages that might help me?

   That doesn't matter. The process is still the same. Start with Theme_Development.
