need help importing duplicator files into instant wordpress

    Hi guys

    i have the duplicator plugin on my website

    http://www.amsn.com.au

    I have also downloaded and installed the instantwordpress program on my pc at home.

    I have made the zip and installer.php files via the duplicator plugin and then downloaded them to my pc.

    I dont understand where about I need to the put the files to order to make a virtual copy of my website run on my pc at home.

    any further information or directions to help this would be much appreciated.
