   This is a commercial theme, check the link in the footer and you will find the authors commercial website.

   As a theme it is fairly basic, slightly dated, and there will be many alternatives.

   There are commercial products to create your own like Artisteer, also theme frameworks.

   Getting Started:
   For a free theme checkout WordPress Extend and use the Google search for Best Free WordPress Themes

   A theme can be changed without affecting the content, so do not get hung up on finding a theme, good content will bring visitors not the theme.

   If you are new to WordPress getting familiar with the Admin area, posts, pages, content, and plugins, is time well spent, a theme change can come later.
